This week we had companion exchanges (again) and Hna Buttars came with me and Hna Campbell...that means we had three really white American missionaries walking the streets of Mèxico. Haha needless to say, we received lots of stares...and then when they heard us speaking Spanish, well, we received even more confused looks and some even confronted us to figure out what we were doing. It made for some interesting conversations.
After our divisions, we were trying to find someone to teach. We knocked on the door of one of our investigators, but no one was home. After nearly an hour of knocking doors, we were still without anyone to teach. I said a little prayer to help me know where we needed to go. Less than 5 minutes later we again passed by the street of our investigator, and I saw that her door was open. We went to her house again, and while she wasn`t home, her mom was and we had one of the most spiritual lessons I`ve had in all of my mission. We taught the entire lesson of the Restoration, she accepted baptism, and is super excited to read the Book of Mormon and pray.
Other than that, I don`t have much more to say solamente que sè que esta iglesia es verdadera y que Dios siempre contesta nuestras oraciones. Dios nos ama y esta es su obra. Estoy bien feliz y espero que ustedes esten bien tambien.
Les amo,
Hermana Anderson
